HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on high-end commercial HVAC equipment. Must have strong troubleshooting skills and a clean motor vehicle record.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of HVAC field service experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex systems
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and physical ability test
  • Experience with RTUs, split systems, VRF, and cooling towers
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on Rooftop units (RTUs) and large split systems
  • Utilize building automation systems for system optimization
  • Work with manufacturer-specific VRF service software
  • Complete service tickets and time entries using mobile devices

Staff Tax Accountant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and skilled Staff Tax Accountant to play an important role in preparing tax returns. Ideal for a professional with a small CPA firm background and a commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (CPA/EA preferred)
  • 4–6 years of experience in tax and accounting in small CPA firm environments
  • Strong expertise in individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns
  • Proficiency in UltraTax, Axcess Tax, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the operation of the tax department and support junior staff
  • Prepare complex business and individual tax returns accurately
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client and management inquiries
  • Play a key role in the strategic growth of the tax department
